Obligations
Of Distributing Agents
What
you will be agreeing to do by signing on as a Distributing Agent:
You
agree to respond to Carmella and Bobbette asap as we can't run a tight
ship unless you do.
You
will provide all information requested to Carmella asap.
You
will receive FTC compliant ad copy from Carmella that you will schedule
and send to your readers. All you need to do is copy and paste the promotion
and send. We do the work, you just send. All is explained in our letter
to you when we have a client's run. You are welcome to contact any of our
current publishers with questions and/or email us (addresses below).
The
promotion types will be (not limited to):
1)
5 to 7 line, 60 cpl text Top Sponsor classifieds.
2)
Text solo - up to 500 words with subject line provided.
3)
HTML solo ad, ready to go. You may add your banner or logo at the top and
unsubscribe info at bottom.
If you can't send HTML let us know and you will receive a text versions
of the solo.
4)
Our exclusive HTML full color, display Executive
Brochure (no more than 4 display ads). HTML pubs only.
You
further agree that you will NOT ask the customer to subscribe to your ezine
or newsletter. You will send Carmella your run date for the customer
and send the customer a copy of the ezine their promotion ran in and cc
it to Carmella. This is very important to do so you can get paid
and any bonuses you are entitled to.
5)
You agree to run the client's ad within 5 to 7 days. Our RoadRunner ads
must go out within 72 hours.
6)
You agree to send "house runs" to your subs occasionally about your
DynaVert.biz
(we supply) On your honor.
7)
You agree to run re-run ads (due to errors) free of charge.
8)
You agree to run other Distributing Pubs ads (this is a bonus feature) font>
(9)
Occasionally we will run promotions for subs pro bono (free). You are welcome
to present your "case" for consideration.
Three
items that are a must - confirmation
of run date must be sent to Carmella within 48 hours of receiving promotion;
your monthly sub count when requested so you can be paid; and you
must send a courtesy copy of the customer's run to them and CC Carmella.
These are like "time cards"
and without them, our accounting department
can't release your pay check (by Paypal) and/or any bonus for which you may qualify.
Respond to Carmella asap.
Please
inform Carmella when you are going on vacation or otherwise can't send
the ads. Also, let us know right away
if
you decide to leave the Team. We don't want to do any false advertising
by using the wrong sub count for customers and we will remove your info
from the Galleria.
Do
add Carmella to your subscriber list so she will receive your ezine
or newsletter.
You
have the right to refuse any ad by sending it back to Carmella with your
reason. You can leave us anytime you wish with our thanks for having been
on the team, just let us know.

clients. We make sure all ads are FTC compliant and if not we help the
advertiser get it right. We supply our publishers with ads to promote DynaVert
and with confirmation letters. All working together to make one dynamic
advertising company. Here is what your
sales
page will look like as soon as you sign on...
It
is the responsibility of the Ad Agency to find the right target audience
for a client's ads. That is first and foremost. Whether a classified, solo
or top sponsor is best doesn't matter if the ad isn't going to the audience
that is interested in the content. Our customers do not have to subscribe
to ezines unless they want to. We work with several large co-ops as out
sources for our customer's advertising. We are an advertising broker.
Publisher's Showcase:
*
Your own page has been created in the Gallery
Showcase. We send customers here to check out our publishers. Make
sure your sub count and information are up to date. We would appreciate
a picture of you to post on your page. You can see what the others have
done by visiting the Showcase. We will post the information when you send
it to us. You may add all of your newsletters as long as they have different
subscriber counts.
DynaVert Updates:
*You
will receive an informative update of happenings and news as required.
Our editor is Carmella Leo (Mini-Marketer newsletter and the Ad Xpressions
DynaVert News) and she has a flair with publishing news you love to read.
She will feature publishers' bios, top sellers, great ezines and promotions
in several languages and lots of never before told facts. You don't want
to miss an edition. Email

How You Are Paid:
You
receive $7 per customer run. Also, when you personally sell an ad or ad pak from your own sales page (created
when you sign on) you will make 25% of the total sale. Payday is the first week of the month for the previous
month. If only one sale has been made in a given month, it carries over until the next month.
